Exchanges and returns
All sales are final.
Each order is packed very carefully and there is only a very very slim chance that there is a defect. Just in case there is, please contact me to find a solution. After evaluating photos, I´ll see if I can replace or partially refund your order if needed.
I'm not taking responsibility for the way the shipping company is handling the parcel, therefore please contact the shipping company if the parcel has been damaged or if the tracking suggests that the parcel is lost on it's way.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. I strongly advise to pick a shipping method that includes tracking as I won't replace lost parcels without a tracking number in any case.
