Where is the store based?

Do you accept orders placed outside of Germany?

Yes, I ship worldwide! However, I learned that I have to add other countries to be an available shipping location manually, so if your country doesn't show up, please contact me and I'll add it!

How are the shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. I advise you to group your items in one order. Please contact me if you want to place a second order and want them to be shipped together so I can calculate the shipping costs for you. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

I try to ship about once a week or at least within 14 days, but I might be a bit slower than that if my schedule is hectic.

Current norm: ~ 14 days (please note that some items are made-on-demand so they add a few days extra)

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 4 weeks, but in some cases it might take up to 12 weeks. During busy seasons such as Christmas, delivery time can be slower. Order might be delayed through your countries' customs if you are outside of the EU.

Prior or shortly after a convention (~2-3 months prior for bigger cons and about a week after, a few days for smaller cons) , shipping may take longer as I will have to focus on the event. 

Please check my social media updates for any notices about me being sick, as the processing of orders will halt in this case.

If you are willing to pay extra, express shipping is possible. Due to the difference in handling times, I cannot take responsibility for the handling of the shipping company. However, I'm trying to do my best to help out and be quick.

For domestic and EU orders, I will not include a printed invoice. For parcels outside of the EU, it is mandatory to include an invoice and state the contents/prices on the outside of the package due to customs regulations. I understand that it is not desirable to include prices if it is a gift, but I'm not allowed to hide them for non-EU orders.

How will the items be packaged?

Large prints will be shipped in rolled form. All items will be shipped in a secure carton box to ensure that they arrive savely with an extra layer of bubble wrap.

Stickers will be shipped in a carton enhanced envelope unless they are combined with bigger items.
